Research interests

Justine’s research investigates the workplace learning and support experiences of internationally educated racialized women English professors in Ontario. Through her work, she explores how transformative their learning and working experiences have been and what their experiences disclose about Canadian workplace cultures in Ontario higher education institutions regarding needs-based teacher support.
