Thesis: Transformative Learning Experiences of Internationally Educated Racialized Women English Professors in the Canadian Workplace: Implications for Teacher Learning and Teacher Support in Ontario Colleges and Universities through an Arts-Informed Narrative Multiple Case Study
Research interests
Justine’s research investigates the workplace learning and support experiences of internationally educated racialized women English professors in Ontario. Through her work, she explores how transformative their learning and working experiences have been and what their experiences disclose about Canadian workplace cultures in Ontario higher education institutions regarding needs-based teacher support.
